Clara Allasia is Full Professor of Contemporary Italian Literature at the University of Turin and Director of the Interuniversity Study Centre Edoardo Sanguineti, an author to whom she has devoted numerous articles and the books La testa in tempesta (2017) and Giardini della zoologia verbale (2022). Her research focuses on the relationship between literature and intermediality, as well as on children’s literature, a field she explored in the volume Balocchi di carta (2021). She is a regular contributor to the magazine Lingua italiana on Treccani.it. The Ragusa Foundation supported the conference Una Mole di carta. Archivi, biblioteche e documenti della modernità letteraria, the annual conference of the Italian Society for the Study of Literary Modernity.
